# User Guide

Welcome to the **Google Tasks for Jira** User Guide.

This integration will help you streamline your workflow and keep everything in sync.

### Set Up the Integration

In the issue view, click on the **Google Tasks** icon.

**Grant Permissions**

You will be asked to grant permissions for Jira to access your Google Tasks.&#x20;

Please note: We do not store any Google Task information on our systems. The entire integration is hosted within Atlassian's infrastructure (Forge), ensuring that your data remains secure and private.

Review the permissions and click **Continue** to proceed.

Please make sure to select all permissions when prompted.

### Create Task
